Today is the last day to register for the Pyramid Technoplast initial public offering.
Pyramid Technoplast’s ₹153 crore IPO has so far been registered 5.20 times by the end of Day 2 of Friday’s Open Offering. The initial public offering received a strong response from all investors. While retail investors are registered 6.52 times, NII and QIB quotas are registered 6.73 times and 1.48 times, respectively. Overall, it received bids for 4.41 crore shares compared with 75,60,400 shares offered for sale.

As part of the IPO process, Pyramid Technoplast raised capital of ₹27.55 crore through an anchor investor – Carnelian Restructuring Fund, Alchemie Venture Fund, Pluris Fund and Resonance Opportunity Fund – on Thursday by deciding to allocate 16,59,600 at ₹166 each.
Pyramid Technoplast is an industrial packaging company whose business is to manufacture polymer-based molded products, mainly used by chemical and pharmaceutical companies for their packaging requirements. The company uses blow molding technology to manufacture Polymer Drums and IBCs. Their products are marketed and sold under the brand name Pyramid.
