Sunny Deol’s Note
After false reports about Border 2 surfaced online, Sunny shared a note on Instagram Stories on Saturday. It read: “Some news is circulating about me signing a couple of movies, I want to announce that for now I’m just focusing on Gadar 2 and getting all your love. I haven’t yet. signed on to any movie and will soon announce something special at the right time. Until then please continue to give your love to Tara Singh and Gadar2.”
On Saturday, a Pinkvilla report cited a source as saying, “As an action heavyweight, the team will cast actors from the younger generation rather than assembling Border’s entire army. Sunny Deol will probably be the only Border actor who will also appear in Border 2. It’s all in its early stages at the moment and more updates will come to us once the movie is officially announced. very soon.”
The source also said that the film has been planned for 2-3 years and will have an official announcement in two weeks. It is said to be set during the Indo-Pak war of 1971.
