Technoplast IPO pyramid: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Pyramid Technoplast Co., Ltd. will be launched in the primary market today. The public offering is open to subscribers from today and it will remain open to bidders until August 22, 2023. The company has fixed the Pyramid Technoplast IPO price range at $151 to $166 and a transcript of the IPO will include 90 shares of the company. The company that manufactures polymer-based molding products aims to increase 153.05 cores of which, $91.30 crore will be generated through new issues while the rest $61.75 crore is reserved for the OFS route. Public issue has been proposed for listing on BSE and NSE.
Meanwhile, ahead of the opening of Pyramid Technoplast’s IPO, the company’s shares have begun trading on the unlisted stock market. According to market observers, shares of Pyramid Technoplast Limited are currently priced higher $28 in the gray market today.
On the first day of bidding, the book-building publication was registered 1.61 times while its retail portion was registered 1.90 times.
